Who Can I Contact for Help?
Each School has at least two people on site that can reset staff passwords or assist you in finding help to resolve your issue, The Data manager and your school instructional technology facilitator. If your ITF is not based there daily, you also have at least one other person to offer assistance. Your data manager or ITF can give you the name(s) of your school's additional point(s) of contact should you need more assistance. Please don't hesitate to ask for assistance if you can't find a solution after reviewing the information on this site.
